Clearbrook Home Destroyed By Fire

The Wilson home on 201 Joline Drive, Clearbrook burned down on the night of Saturday, February 10th.
Michael J. Wilson was inside at the time of the blaze with his daughter, but both were able to escape without injury when Wilson heard popping and crackling sounds around 6:20 p.m. Wilson’s wife, Amy, was out of the house at the time of the fire with their three other children.
According to Frederick County Emergency Dispatch, the fire was called in at 6:23 p.m., when Wilson ran to the house of neighbor Sheri Bonds and screamed for her to call 911. Firefighters were able to be on site by 6:27 p.m., and stopped the fire’s progress at 7:10 p.m.; it continued to burn inside from this point, however, completely destroying the $300,100 home.
