I’m pretty sure she is going to KILL me when she sees I’ve done this - so if I’m not hosting The Valley Today tomorrow, please send orange daisies to my funeral 😉

Kathy is our business manager at The River 95.3. She’s also the one who answers the phone when you call to win a contest, when you call to pay your invoice, or when you just call to ask a question. She’s the one who makes sure your public service announcement gets on our website & on the air. She makes sure all the commercials run when they’re supposed to, that the schedule is set for the Nats & Caps games & the “live reads” for us on-air staff are current. The list goes on.

But more than all the “work stuff” ... she’s our friend, our go-to when there’s a problem or when we just need to complain about something (which I do ALOT!)

Even when her plate is overflowing, she’s the first one to step up & offer to help any of us by writing a commercial or by making a phone call or by sending an email or by finding a file or by making our (my) coffee. No matter our issue, she’s there to solve it with us. She does it all knowing her stacks of to-do’s will wait even sometimes til after hours so she can give us advice, show us the way or just take a minute to make us giggle.

She’s more than just an administrative professional. She’s the glue that keeps us all together here in radioland. I know she doesn’t hear this nearly as much as she should, but Thank You Kathy!
