A talk with Bill Long about Cars Changing Lives charity

Cars Changing Lives is a ministry of the Auto Care Clinic of Front Royal.

The ministry is now a 501 c3 charity that gives cars to those in need.

We spoke to Bill Long owner of the Auto Care Clinic about the expansion of the program.

Bill tells us how you can become involved by donating a car and take it off taxes.

Bill also explains how you can acquire a car if you are in need.
