A talk with the SPCA about a unique fundraiser

The SPCA of Winchester, Frederick and Clarke Counties received about 300 vintage Winchester Monopoly games.

The shelter is using them in a unique fund raiser in which you can benefit as well.

We spoke with Executive Director Levenda Denney about this rare opportunity and how the shelter is doing.
