The State Coordinator of Virginia’s Department of Emergency Management Shawn Talmadge stated they will provide resources needed to support local and state partners.

Virginia State Police Superintendent Colonel Gary T. Settle stated that the collective independent report greatly benefits the agency’s ability to adapt, adjust and improve their services.
