Alexandra N. Sherman art exhibit coming to Berryville

30 May 2020 Clarke County News

Barns of Rose Hill, a performing arts venue and community center located in Berryville, will soon be showing off an exhibit featuring art from Alexandra N. Sherman. Sherman’s work often features beautiful watercolors that depict the abstract landscape of the mind. Her works explore human existence, our sense of connection and the responsibility we have to ourselves, others and the environment. Though Sherman has spent much of her life in Europe, she grew up in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The exhibit will open to the public June 2.

The Barns of Rose Hill Exhibits and Visitor’s Center will also reopen on June 2. Proper safety regulations have been put in place. Their hours are noon to 3 p.m., Tuesday to Saturday.

Barns of Rose Hill also offers various online concerts and classes, including yoga, painting and voice lessons. More details can be found on their website or on their Facebook page.
