Annual Gourd Show returns to MSV

Virginia Lover’s Gourd Society’s Annual Gourd Show, Sale and Competition returns to the Museum of the Shenandoah Valley this weekend.

Admission is free to the show and sale which will run from 10 am to 5 pm on Saturday and Sunday.

Gourd artisans will sell their creations and raw gourds will be available for your own crafting needs.

The theme for this year’s competition is “Gourdigami” which pays homage to MSV’s Origami in the Garden exhibit which is in its final days at the museum.

The galleries and gardens will be open during the event with their regular fee structure.
