Berryville Town Council to address trick-or-treating at October meeting
Berryville Code provides authority for the Berryville Town Council to designate the date and time of trick-or-treating. Town Council typically makes the designation at its regular meeting in September.
However, because expected Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidance had not been issued when the Town Council met on Sept. 8, the council determined that is was best to address this matter in its regular meeting on Oct. 13.
The Town Council’s determination regarding trick-or-treating will be posted on the Town of Berryville’s website on Oct. 14.
