Berryville Town Council decides against setting hours for trick-or-treating
At its regular meeting on October 13, Berryville Town Council discussed whether it would establish hours for trick-or-treating this year.
The town’s code requires the council to set a date and time period for Halloween activities.
It was decided that this year the town won’t have designated trick-or-treating hours, rather the choice to participate is being left up to individual families.
Police will enforce the standard Saturday curfew of 11 p.m. to 6 a.m. for those under the age of 18.
