WINCHESTER – The Shenandoah Apple Blossom Festival announced that Bradley Veach will be the new Executive Director of the organization.

Veach’s contract with the the Festival will be a lifetime deal. SABF was looking for a new Executive Director for several months following the retirement of John Rosenberger. He announced his retirement in June, and officially stepped away from the office on Sept. 21.  The search for his replacement began in August, and was handled by the Festival’s Personnel Committee. Veach officially began work at the SABF headquarters on Nov. 11.

Veach has been a businessman in the Winchester area for many years. He grew up in Winchester and attended James Wood High School. After several years of school and certificate programs with several Virginia and North Carolina colleges, he returned to Winchester to open his own business. In 2013, he started Mobile Marketing & Entertainment Solutions, Inc. and through his company he worked with the Shenandoah Apple Blossom Festival to develop an application that was easy to use by fans of the event. He has also served on several boards and committees in the local area, and considers himself an activist.

Rosenberger will help Veach get used to his new position, on a part time basis. The next Shenandoah Apple Blossom Festival is in April, 2020.
