City of Winchester and WinTran offer free rides

Thanks to stimulus funding awarded the city of Winchester for the public transit system expenses.

WinTran is able to offer free rides for the next two years for all riders.

All fares have been waived for all WinTran riders through Jun. 30, 2023.
