Several City of Winchester Departments are involved with ensuring that the SABF activities are permitted and safe.

City Administrative Offices and the Joint Judicial Center will both close Friday May 5.

Residents should have Friday’s refuse out by 5 a.m.

Jim Barnett Park Recreation Center will close both May 5 and 6.

WinTran will not run on May 5.

The Braddock Street Autopark will close at noon on May 5 and 6.

The four parking garages that are available are in general one block from downtown activities.

Parking for the parades at the garages that are open is $15 by credit card only starting at 9 a.m. May 5 and 8 a.m. May 6.
