City of Winchester appoints new Parks and Recs Director

Winchester City Manager Dan Hoffman appointed Christopher Konyar of Winchester as the City’s new Parks and Recreation Director.

Konyar has 20 years experience having served as Superintendant of Recreation and Program Supervisor both with Frederick County Parks and Recreation.

Konyar begins his new position with the City of Winchester July 6.
