City of Winchester Councilors swearing in
New and re-elected City of Winchester Councilors will be sworn in on Tuesday, Jan. 12, 2021 beginning at 5 pm in the Rouss City Hall Council Chambers.
To limit the number of people in the room to compile with the Governor’s orders the swearing in will be one Councilor at a time.
