City Winchester city wide housing study

The City of Winchester will complete a city wide housing study and neighborhood revitalization strategy for the north end area by Dec. 31, 2021.

This includes analysis of housing stock, demographics and economic characteristics.

Demand gap pertaining to both owner occupied and rental housing units.

City policies and ordinances relating to housing development.

Economic factors influencing the development of all types of housing within the city.

The hope is to have a clearer picture of the current housing supply and demand.

Also how the City should responsibly grow for years to come.
