23 December 2018 News
At the Clarke County School Board meeting on Monday night, the proposed expansion of Career Technical Exploration (CTE) courses for the 2019 – 2020 school year was approved. The new classes including Agriculture, Aerospace Engineering, and Civil Engineering and Architecture will be taught at Johnson Williams Middle School and Clark County High School and are expected to cost the school system around $35,000.00. This initial cost estimate reflects the addition of a greenhouse as well as additional classroom supplies for the expanded agricultural and Engineering program.
