Communication is key in Front Royal
The Front Royal Town Council added a new goal for the town, to improve communication.
One step that will be taken is the reinstatement of the town’s quarterly newsletter, The Royal Charter.
The Royal Charter regularly includes town project updates, employee recognition, important dates, and more.
The newsletter is conveniently located on the town’s website and a paper copy will be included in your utility bill.
Front Royal already began a weekly radio show on The River 953 every wed. at 8:30 a.m. and on the website theriver953.com.
On the River every week Front Royal’s Information Director Todd Jones tells of projects the town crews are working on as well as events coming up.
There are informational videos being produced and posted on the town’s Facebook page as well.
By increasing communications in this way Mayor Chris Holloway believes it improves the town’s transparency as well as more accurately and efficiently disperses information.
