Congressman Cline ask for less restrictions

A bill introduced by Virginia Congressman Ben Cline is asking Gov. Northam to relax more COID-19 restrictions.
The bill hopes to allow for increased attendance capacity at outdoor sporting events.
The congressman is suggesting amending the executive order to increase attendance to 50% capacity or 500 people whichever number is greater at outdoor events.
Cline believes relaxing restrictions could boost the economy as well as lessen the emotional strain of the pandemic.
