Discussion about mental health, wellness amid COVID-19 to be livestreamed

The Top of Virginia Regional Chamber’s Young Professionals Group and Rusty Holland, executive director of Concern Hotline, have joined forces to hold a virtual discussion regarding mental health and wellness amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

Holland will share an update on Concern Hotline, discuss ways to manage mental health at this time and will answer questions submitted by attendees.

Questions should be submitted to Young Professionals Group liaison Ashley Miller at amiller@regionalchamber.biz by Tuesday, May 19 at 5:00 p.m.

This event will stream live on the Top of Virginia Regional Chamber’s Facebook page on Wednesday, May 20, from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. All are welcome and encouraged to join.
