The single-vehicle accident, in which a 2013 BMW 4-door sedan crashed over an embankment, was reported at 12:39 a.m. Wednesday in the 500 block of Creek Road in Toms Brook. After contacting the owner of the vehicle, law enforcement discovered that it had been stolen, and was last seen parked in Woodbridge.
