
EDA Holds Busy Session

The Warren County EDA had a busy session this week. At a special meeting, many motions were approved including the authorization for removal of solar panels on the roof of the EDA’s building and agreement on conditions for the sale of the EDA-owned McKay Springs property. It was announced the EDA will host a conflict of interest training session on December 9th for its members. Also provided at the meeting was a comprehensive invoice for expenditures to build the new police station. The Town asked for permission to winterize Afton Inn. The EDA will work with the Town to safeguard this landmark. Additionally, they will assist the Town to formulate an agreement with the developer to move the project forward.
