FEMA offers assistance with COVID-19 Funerals

To help ease some of the financial stress and burden caused by the pandemic.

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has begun to accept applications for assistance with funeral expenses.

If death occurred after Jan. 20, 2020 as a result of the Coronavirus.

Funeral assistance may be available by calling 800-462-7585 Mon. through Fri. 8 a.m. to 8 p.m..
