Following Resignation, NW Works Names New CEO
NW Works, a nonprofit organization helping those with disabilities find employment in Frederick and Clarke Counties and Winchester, has named a new CEO.
Richard Kozlow filled the position immediately following Marshall Henson’s resignation from the post in March of 2019. According to Marketing and PR Coordinator Carley Walker, Henson gave no reason for his departure. Kozlow had been on the board of NW Works since 2015 before taking the position. Kozlow has had a career in international business and finance spanning four decades, and was invited to serve on the board of NW Works after he settled in the Winchester area several years ago.
