Frederick County man charged with murder of ex-wife
Frederick County man Lemuel Lee Roberts, 31 is accused of killing his ex-wife Kaitlin Roberts. On Saturday, Jan. 11, Kaitlin Roberts, 31, was found lying dead in the road with obvious signs of injury at an intersection in Frederick, Maryland around 2 a.m. At 3:32 a.m. that morning an empty vehicle believed to be the getaway car in the homicide, was found on fire on Redbud Road in Frederick County according to Sheriff Lenny Millholland. Roberts was later charged with first-degree murder. He was being held without bond Monday night at the Northwestern Regional Adult Detention Center pending extradition to Maryland. The investigation is ongoing.
