Frederick County Public School’s Students Earn 31 Medals at Regional Science Fair

Frederick County Public Schools had a number of students compete in the Shenandoah Valley Regional Science Fair at JMU on March 8. In the Junior Category for middle school students, FCPS students claimed 5 gold, 6 silver and 5 bronze medals. In the Senior Category for high school students, FCPS students earned 5 gold, 5 silver and 5 bronze medals.
Additionally, James Wood High School senior Jessie Clatterbuck won the James Madison Grand Award which includes a trip to participate in the International Science and Engineering Fair to be held in Los Angeles from May 14-19.
