Frederick County Schools expand in person learning

Frederick County School Board voted to expand in person learning for students grades 2-12.

Starting Monday April 12 students on both the Hybrid A and B schedules will attend school in person Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

The school division is revising its Health and Safety Plan to reflect updated guidance from the Virginia Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

The new guidelines allow the physical distance between students to be reduced to three feet.

All other COVID-19 restrictions remain in place. Additional information will coming in the weeks ahead.
