Front Royal Announces National Night Out Plans

3 August 2019 Front Royal/Warren County News

Front Royal will be hosting its 13th National Night Out, held on E. Main Street on August 6 from 6 to 9 p.m. This year, the Front Royal Police Department will be involved in a unique component called “Project 365” which involves local law enforcement working with their community in selecting a designated “problem area” with the goal to work towards correcting that problem within 365 days or until National Night Out 2020. National Night Out showcases the importance of police-community partnerships and citizen involvement in the fight to build a safer nation. There will be exhibits and demonstrations centered on safety awareness, crime and drug prevention along with activities, entertainment and refreshments for all to enjoy.

On Tuesday, August 1, 2019, Sgt. Robbie Seal was Janet’s guest on The Valley Today. Their conversation included a history of the event, details planned for our community and discussion of Project 365.
