Front Royal finances Police Headquarters

Front Royal Mayor Chris W. Holloway announced that the town has closed on a $8.4 million loan with United Bank.

In a refinancing deal for the Town’s Police Headquarters.

Enabling the Town to refinance the existing Warren County Economic Development Authority’s construction loan on the Police Headquarters.

The original loan was at 3.0% interest over 9 years the new deal with United Bank is at 1.87% interest over 10 years.

Mayor Holloway called it exciting news for the taxpayers of Front Royal Warren County.
