Front Royal Hit and Run Suspect Identified

Front Royal Police are now on the hunt for a suspect in a June 15, 2018 hit and run that has left a man in a rehabilitation center.
At 11:32 pm that night, the Front Royal Police Department had responded to the incident in the 300 block of West 14th Street that left 41-year-old victim James Vincent Vanise injured. During the subsequent investigation, the suspected vehicle was located on a nearby street with damage consistent with the crash. Further investigation has revealed that the vehicle was being operated by Sandra Lavern Carter. A felony arrest warrant is now out for Carter, 45, of Front Royal for leaving the scene of an accident.
