Front Royal Man Arrested for Witness Intimidation

Front Royal Police have arrested a man accused of entering a home wearing a mask and carrying a handgun.
Police received reports of the incident on Saturday (5/18/2019), and responded to the 1300 block of Edgemont Avenue at 11:30 p.m. After speaking to multiple witnesses, they were able to identify 51-year-old Front Royal resident Marcus Lee Lewis as a suspect. Felony warrants were obtained for Lewis that included witness intimidation and felon in possession of a firearm. He was taken into custody at his Brown Avenue residence on Sunday, and is currently in RSW Regional Jail.
