Front Royal Police break up a theft ring

The Front Royal Police Department (FRPD) have made three arrest in a series of thefts in the town.

Tyler Lockette, Stephanie Miller and Justin Conner are accused of a 25 day long crime spree in Front Royal.

The thefts included those at Royal Pawn, L. Dees Pancake House, Hydro Spray Car Wash and Spot Laundromat of Front Royal.

Miller was the only one of the three incarcerated with a $2,500 secured bond.

Lockette was found in Howard County MD. and extradited back to Virginia.

Both Lockette and Conner are being held without bond.

All three are facing a number of court dates in Warren County General District Court later this month.
