Front Royal responds to allegations of misconduct
In papers filed in federal court the Town of Front Royal is denying accusations of sexual harassment and retaliatory discrimination.
The lawsuit was brought against the town by a former Clerk of Council.
The town is seeking a dismissal of the complaint and awarding of costs expended and further relief the court deems appropriate.
The town is also asking for proof of all damages and injures claimed in the suit.
No deadlines or hearings have been set in the case at this time.
