Front Royal Warren County EDA approve 3 resolutions
The Front Royal Warren County Economic Development Authority board of directors adopted three resolutions at their regular meeting.
Two resolutions involve agreements with two area banks.
The Extension of a forbearance agreement with First Bank of Strasburg and extending a line of credit with First Bank and Trust.
Another resolution authorized signing an agreement with Aire Serv to replace one and repair the other rooftop heating and air-conditioning units at their building on Baugh Drive.
Robert Hencken and Scott Jenkins attended their first meeting as new board members who will finish the terms of two former members who resigned last year.
