Front Royal Water Tank Maintenance May Affect Service
Front Royal has announced upcoming maintenance work that will affect water service in town for up to two months.
The Front Royal Water Plant will be taking its 3,000,000 gallon Route 55/Jamestown water storage tank out of service for interior work and maintenance, starting next Tuesday (8/6/2019). The tank will be out of commission for six to eight weeks, coming back into service around September 27, 2019. Residents in the Happy Creek Knowles Subdivision and in the Subdivision from Commonwealth Drive to Colonial Drive may experience of low water pressure while work is being completed. Other possibly affected parts of town include the areas of Happy Ridge Drive East, Jamestown Road East, and Route 55 East from Jamestown Road to Front Royal’s town limits.
