Front Royal’s ‘Back to Business. Back to Nature.’ campaign highlights local businesses
Following the stresses put on the local economy by COVID-19, the Town of Front Royal has announced the “Back to Business. Back to Nature.” campaign. The campaign’s goal is to revitalize local businesses and tourism. Town staff collaborated with a group of volunteers to create the campaign.
Several activities are currently planned:
- Social media contests
- Small business marketing training sessions
- Local business gift card giveaways
- “Shop local” festival
- Photography contest
- Blog creation
The goal of all of these activities is to drive traffic to local businesses and reach out to tourists. As Virginia is still in Phase Two of its reopening, some of the activities will be virtual. The town will phase in interactive and in-person activities as soon as it is safe to do so.
Look for the hashtags #BackToBusiness and #BackToNature on social media.
