FRPD seek information on a missing juvenile

The Front Royal Police Department (FRPD) announced that they are seeking information on a missing juvenile.

The FRPD is asking for the public’s help in locating 14-year-old Jaylin Michelle Pinckney.

Pinckney was last seen walking from her residence in the 300 block of Frazier Place January 28.

She was last seen wearing a tan coat and blue jeans with holes in them.

Pinckney stands 5 feet 2 inches tall, brown eyes with reddish-brown hair.

She has nose piercings in both nostrils with a belly button piercing as well.

Pinckney has scars on both wrist and dental braces and maybe in danger.

Pinckney maybe in the Manassas and Richmond areas.
