FRPD seeks help identifying individuals

The Front Royal Police Department is seeking the public’s help in identifying two individuals.

FRPD is searching for the pair due to an incident that occurred at Rural King on South Street on February 6th between 10:30 AM and 11:05 AM.

One subject is described as a white female in dark pants and a maroon fleece jacket with a bandana covering her face, a black beanie and red/white Converse shoes.

The other is described as a light skin black male, wearing dark pants, a gray jacket, black beanie, a disposable face mask, and gray shoes.

They were observed leaving in a dark colored, 4 door, SUV.
