FY 2021 budget proposed for Warren County Schools
The Warren County School Board presented their proposed fiscal year 2021 operating budget for Warren County Public Schools this week. About $2.85 million of the expected $62.5 million budget would be used to fully implement salary scales for teachers, nurses and instructional assistants as well as a 1% cost of living adjustment increase for all employees. Also included in the budget: nearly $5,000 to go to CTE, EMT and trades tuition due to increased enrollment; $150,000 for new textbooks; and $120,000 for five buses. The final budget is set to be approved on March 11.
