Hrbek receives Rotary award
Former Front Royal Rotary Club President Bret Hrbek received the club’s Excellence in Communications award.
Hrbek won the award in the Rotary Club’s virtual district conference.
The award goes to the person or group that exhibits excellence in communications.
Club President Derrick Leasure called it the easiest choice in his career.
