Interactive campaign encourages community to “chalk” about mental health
May is Mental Health Awareness Month. This year, the Northwestern Community Services Board Prevention Department launched “Let’s Chalk About Mental Health” — an interactive campaign designed to educate the community about the diverse aspects of mental health and the stigma that surrounds it.
The prevention department is encouraging everyone to get outside and “chalk” about mental health this month. Chalk out inspirational quotes or ways you care for your mental health to share on Facebook using the hashtag #NWChalksAboutMH.
