Jennifer McDonald’s trial gets another new court date

U.S. District Court Documents for the Western District of Virginia confirm a new court date for Jennifer McDonald.

The former Director of the Front Royal Warren County Economic Development Authority’s new jury trial is now on the docket for Aug. 21.

McDonald is facing charges of  fraud, identity theft and several other charges.

Previously the last adjusted date for her jury trial was May 15.

Lawyers on both sides of the case have been granted additional time to examine several documents of evidence.

The now Aug. 21 trial is expected to last at least 6 weeks and is still scheduled to be held in Harrisonburg barring a change of venue which has also been requested by McDonald’s court appointed lawyers to ensure a fair and unbiased trail.
