Judge clears Front Royal of wrong doing in appointment

The case against the Town of Front Royal for the appointment of Councilman Jacob Meza has been dismissed.

Warren County Circuit Judge William Sharp deemed the Town Charter Chapter opposing the appointment did not apply.

Judge Sharp held that the Chapter did not apply to the re-appointment or reelection of a Town Council Member.
