LFCC’s second leadership excellence program planned

Lord Fairfax Community College’s workforce solutions has a second Leadership Excellence Program scheduled for September through December.

The course is an advanced training program at LFCC’s Middletown campus starting September 8 and running through December 15.

This year the focus will be on leadership competencies, adaptability, communication and resiliency.

Space is limited to only 20 participants, with up to three representatives per company on hand.

Time is running out to take advantage of this opportunity at LFCC.
