Man pleads guilty to taking unauthorized nude pictures
The Luray Police Department reports that David Howard Wright II pleaded guilty to 14 counts of knowingly and intentionally videotaping another when that person was totally naked.
Wright was also charged and pleaded guilty to10 counts of Maliciously distributing video or still images that depict another person totally nude without consent on Apr. 12.
The Luray Police Department and Shenandoah National Park Police started investigating allegations of Wright videotaping a female without her consent.
The 51-year-old Wright was arrested by Luray Police in June of 2022.
With his plea of guilty Wright is sentenced to 24 years with 20 of those years suspended.
Wright will be incarcerated for 2 years and serve 2 years of active probation when released.
