Middletown reports the death of former Mayor
Middletown had to report the passing of former Mayor Mark Brown who died after contracting COVID-19.
The 73 year old U.S. Air Force veteran served as mayor of Middletown from 2009 to 2012.
Mark Brown was the owner of Why Not Antiques, served on the Middletown Planning Commission and was a Volunteer at the Middletown Volunteer Fire and Rescue Company Inc.
Mayor Charles Harbaugh has ordered flags in Middletown to fly at half staff in his honor.
