Middletown sees biggest July 4 yet

christmas parade canceled

With over 250 parade entries and an estimated 5,000 plus people to enjoy the festivities Middletown held one of the biggest July 4 celebrations yet.

Mayor Harbaugh called it the most attended festival since his involvement with it in Middletown.

The celebration commemorated not just America’s 245 birthday but the 225 anniversary of Middletown itself.

The town celebrated all day Sunday with Washington Football team members, beauty queens, bands, tournaments, hot air balloon rides and fireworks.
