Middletown SRO sings at National Memorial Service

A proclamation signed by then President John F. Kennedy declared May 15 as Peace Officers Memorial Day back in 1962.
The day and the week in which the 15th falls is now known as Police Week.
Law Enforcement Officers across America attend the annual National Fraternal Order of Police Memorial Service on the steps of the U.S. Capitol.
At this year’s event Middletown School Resource Officer (SRO) Chris Darlington was invited to sing his original song Hold the Line at the conclusion of the service.
