New charges were filed yesterday against former Front Royal-Warren County Economic Development Authority Director Jennifer McDonald.

McDonald, who is the subject of multi-million dollar civil suits filed by both the Town of Front Royal and the EDA, already faced 12 felony charges related to her alleged misappropriation of funds. According to court records, the offenses occurred on September 1, 2018, and September 18, 2018 respectively. McDonald is currently being held in the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center; she is scheduled to appear again in Warren County Circuit Court next Wednesday, July 31, 2019.
