New Details on Fatal Page County Crash Released
Virginia State Police have released new details on a fatal Page County crash.
65-year-old Douglas Sours of Shenandoah was driving a Ford F-250 south on Route 340 Thursday (8/15/2019) afternoon when he lost control, crossing the center-line and colliding head on with a northbound Dodge Grand Caravan. Sours was transported to Winchester Medical Center with minor injuries. The Dodge’s driver, Gurmeet Singh, and two of its three passengers, Jasleen Kaur and a 6-year-old female, died at the scene. All were from New Jersey. The third passenger, an 11-year-old, was flown to UVA Medical Center with serious injuries. Charges are pending, and the crash remains under investigation.
