New Town House Complex Proposed in Winchester

11 November 2017 News

In Winchester, a modern town house complex is proposed for a vacant lot at the intersection of East Gerrard and South Cameron streets by Steve Dunakoskie, principal architect for Irvine Spectrum Studio in Leesburg.

It would include two three-story buildings, the first with seven town houses and the second with five. Each town house would include two bedrooms and 1,800 to 2,300 square feet of livable space, with an attic loft included in some of the units. The space between the two buildings would be a parking lot accessed from South Cameron Street.

The city Planning Commission will have final say over the project’s design, and the town houses will be the topic of formal discussions during the Planning Commission’s next meeting on Tuesday, November 21st.
